Our Ingleburn Preschool and Early Learning Centre is a purpose-built centre with a warm, friendly and homelike atmosphere. It features a large outdoor verandah and play area where children can explore and interact with the natural world.
Our Early Learning Centre
Our Ingleburn Preschool and Early Learning Centre is conveniently located in the centre of Ingleburn and provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our families. It’s a purpose-built, state-of-the-art complex that’s designed to care for our Tiny Teddies (0-3 years) and Big Bears (3-6 years), with modern facilities for our before and after school and vacation care programs.
The centre features a spacious outdoor area where children can play in the fresh air and learn about environmental sustainability, as well as other interesting topics. There is a mud bath and rockpool for local wildlife, an outdoor obstacle course and space for ball games, as well as a compost, worm farm and two water tanks to support our B Sustainable curriculum. A shade cloth protects the children from UV exposure and helps them learn how to be sun smart.
We work closely with families and value their input into our curriculum and daily routine, as they are the most important influence on the children in our care. By building strong partnerships with families, we can cater to the needs of each child and provide the best possible care and learning experience.
Tiny Teddies
We provide a calming nursery space for babies aged six weeks to 18 months, as well as a Tiny Teddies room that’s designed to stimulate the learning and development of your child. There’s plenty of space for them to explore and play with their caring educators, who set out new activities each day that reflect their interests, skills and abilities.
We’re happy to maintain your child’s regular routine while they’re in our care, to make it easy for you to wake and settle them each day.You can also stay connected with your child throughout the day, using our Kinder m8 app. It provides real-time updates on their daily routine, as well as photos and videos documenting their learning journey.
Big Bears
Our Big Bears room is designed for the needs of children aged 3-6 years, with modern technology that supports our B Ready school readiness program. It features designated play, learning, dining and quiet spaces with activities that are rotated weekly, to make sure your child achieves the developmental milestones and learning outcomes they need for school.
We’re proud to have strong ties to our local community and welcome special visitors to our early learning centre on a regular basis. They talk to the children about different topics, such as Australian history on ANZAC Day and Aboriginal culture during NAIDOC Week and National Reconciliation Week. A sustainability expert from the local council also visits on a regular basis, to teach children how to care for the environment.

Centre Director
Alicia Ryzko
Alicia joined Billybear in 2009 and hasn’t looked back. She holds a Certificate II and III in Children’s Services, as well as a Diploma in Children’s Services. Alicia always wanted to become a preschool teacher and has spent many years building her skills and knowledge in early childhood education. As Centre Director, Alicia is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our early learning centre, from implementing our curriculum to managing the professional development of our team. She prides herself on developing positive and trusting relationships with ourfamilies, to ensure each childenjoys a supportive, caring and stimulating environment, where they can reach their full potential.
